As the largest BBQ catering service in Manitoba, we have gone above and beyond to ensure that each meal we cater is of the finest quality from our kitchen, to your table.

You may choose from the following 3 BBQ Catering options:
BBQ Catering Option 1: The Carry Out
Pick-up or delivery (via courier)
Our most economical buffet. Your guests help themselves to either a 5oz pulled pork sandwich, or a 5oz beef brisket sandwich and sides.
This satisfies most guests but if you are feeding a hungry group please consider ordering an extra pound or two of pulled pork or beef brisket.
Perfect for large or small groups, our food is packaged hot and ready to eat in disposable foil containers. All paperware is included.
Pricing: All prices are per person
For 6 to 99 people is $12.95. For 100 or more people is $11.95

BBQ Catering Option 2: The Self Serve Buffet

Prices for our self serve buffet BBQ catering are available for any group size, please contact us for a quote.
Your meal includes the choice of 2 of the following meats:
- beef brisket
- pulled pork
- 1/4 smoked chicken
- farmers sausage
- 1/4 slab st. louis ribs (3 bones)

BBQ Catering Option 3: Full Service Catering
Everything you could want from a BBQ buffet. Our professional staff will deliver and setup your buffet line with chafing dishes, serve temperature controlled food, and remove the buffet following your meal.
We provide covering and skirting fit for 8 foot tables, and setup an attractively decorated buffet.
